What does this mean to you?  The consumer uses the MLS website www.realtor.ca to do their own real estate search.  When they are ready to actually purchase a home, they are working closely with a Realtor.  Realtors use their own Board software to perform property searches and do not go through the MLS website.  Having the listing on multiple Real Estate Boards increases your publicity to potential buyers.

I work as a team with my fellow Realtors and can better serve my client base.  I sell an average of 60 to 80 homes per year.  I find this is a comfortable pace to ensure I don’t lose touch of my values or compromise my quality of work.
