Having watched and participated in the growth of the Simcoe County area for many years, I have developed a unique knowledge of its communities as well as an intuitive feel for its real estate markets.  My office is located in Barrie, Ontario.  A few years ago, I moved my family just outside of the city of Barrie to the small village of Wyevale as well as Wasaga Beach, Collingwood and the Midland area.  

I work full time in Barrie and the surrounding townships of Oro-Medonte, Springwater, Tiny, Tay, Clearview, Essa and Innisfil.  I take professional pride in keeping my clients abreast of these markets and my extensive knowledge of the communities within allow me to focus a property search that may reach outside of the Barrie and Midland area.
